Yes, exactly. But whether I can complain about it is another question. I 
can imagine them having some get-out clause in the sales contract, which 
itself is somewhere in the Windows system. But there are ways round 
this; they're just complicated. They involve manually installing 
partitions and start points, as I recall from browsing this earlier.
