[ubuntu-uk] Installation of package failed - now I can't remove it!

The problem is that the /etc/init.d/bandwidthd script has an error. Replace
all lines after the first with "exit 0" and it will work:
#! /bin/sh
exit 0
After that removing the package will probably work.
