[ubuntu-uk] Adding bookmark or dragging folder to sidebar isn't working

Rather confusingly the Add Bookmark menu item does not work like that.
 It bookmarks the current folder that nautilus is displaying.  So to
add a bookmark open the folder then Bookmarks > Add Bookmark.

The separate problem of it not working by dragging may be this bug:
