Hi Alan, I am really sorry its taken so long to get back to you, not 
been very well, its definitely connected to the internet, once the crash 
report circle finishes going round and shows exactly what creashed, you 
click on submit, the box disappears and nothing happens, I just did a 
ubuntu-bug blueman in then terminal, the little box appeared and it 
actually opening up the launchpad site, which the crash report is 
supposed to do........

I am not sure why it wont open the crash report direct from the 
box.......its really frustrating, it worked before the reinstall.....
