Hi,

thanks for the info in the process of backing up some important bits, 
will atempt sys upgrade tomorrow, after running apt-get install 
ubuntu-desktop^

will report on list any issues (hopefully none :) ) I encounter unless 
easily solved (lost bookmarks, passwords etc)
