The laptops have hardware controls on the function keys which are accessed
by a combination press with a button labelled 'Fn' at bottom left. The
brightness controls are on F8 and F9 for down and up and aren't supported
in the standard Ubuntu image, and are added by System 76. The driver
package also installs a System Settings applet for support.
