I thought this at first, but it does make a wee bit of sense. I think
what they are trying to say is that if it kept going at the same speed
when it got over 10% as it was under 10%, then it would take that
long. However, when it gets above 10% it increases possibly
exponentially.

However the article does in itself seem a bit far fetched about it
always happening. I understand what they are trying to get at, and it
makes a wee bit of sense...but not ALWAYS. That's a stupid term that
scientists should never use.
