I agree, we need resources there to help people if they need that help,
you may find you look at this once and think ah, thats what this is
about, put the document to one side and never touch it again until
perhaps someone asks,
if this happens then it has proven useful. I don't think it implies
ubuntu is difficult to use. in fact it draws attention to perhaps less
known features that are not immediately obvious.
