[ubuntu-uk] Diaspora hash

I think they were too slow out of the blocks.  A couple of days ago I
offered my FB friends an invite, take up rate - zero.

I think if Diaspora was used correctly, we could turn it into an ad hoc
forum.

Any test # post worked.
