Have you followed the instructions here:

http://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/SCX-3205W/XAA

especially:

$ sudo ln -s /usr/share/cups/model/samsung /usr/share/ppd/custom/samsung

BTW, I'm no Samsung printer expert.  Just trying to be helpful as no-one
else has replied to you.
