[ubuntu-uk] Wipe and load 10.10 to 10.11

On my netbook, I use 10.10, the last version to run before Unity was introduced.  Call me a stick-in-the-mud, but I liked Gnome desktop.

If I was to go for a wipe and reload in the next coupla days, how easy is it to ditch Unity and switch back to Gnome desktop blinged up with CCSM??

Acer Aspire One ZG5 with SATA HD (not SSD).
