[ubuntu-uk] Lack of support for small business

There is no risk in that my product is one which small businesses have been
happily peddling for 20+ years and I'm not looking to borrow. I've been
detailing the problems with getting an account. I haven't even gotten onto
the car processing yet, I can't even look into that without an account so
that is not their objection.
