You can do either:-

1) Use update manager to upgrade from 10.04 to 10.10, then use update
manager to upgrade from 10.10 to 11.04.

or

2) Download the 11.04 iso image and put it on a CD or USB stick. Boot
from that and upgrade from there directly from 10.04 to 11.04.

or (the cowboy risky dont-try-this-at-home option)

3) edit your /etc/apt/sources.list and change all ocurrances of lucid
to natty. then issue "sudo apt-get update" then "sudo apt-get
dist-upgrade" and cross your fingers.

I'd recommend 1 or 2. Further I'd recommend reading the upgrade guide
before doing this.
