The only place I could find to buy a Lenovo with Ubuntu on it was Linux
Emporium (http://www.linuxemporium.co.uk/). Unfortunately when they did
advertise the model I wanted to buy (x201 tablet) it was around £700 more
expensive than buying it from Lenovo directly with Windows 7.

In the end, I purchased the Lenovo X201T from Lenovo which came with Windows
7. However, I opted for the cheapest hard drive option and bought a 128GB
SSD from ebuyer.com - which works out a lot cheaper than buying any of the
SSD options from Lenovo.

Swapping out the hard drive requires only a Philips head screw driver. Undo
one screw to release the hard drive cage. Undo four screws to release the
hard drive from the cage. Screw in the SSD and slip the cage back into the
laptop. Really easy.

I installed Ubuntu (11.04) on the SSD and if I do need to sell the laptop
with windows in the future, I just have to swap the hard drive back.

Thank you.
