*Receiving email* :

Server type = POP

Server = mail.btinternet.com

Username = the bit of your email before @btinternet.com

*Sending email* : server type = SMTP

Server : smtp.btinternet.com

MAKE SURE SERVER REQUIRES AUTHENTICATION IS TICKED

Security = no encryption

Authentication = plain

Username = the bit of your email before @btinternet.com
