[ubuntu-uk] Ubuntu UK Local Community team re-approval

Hi,

sorry I was not at the meeting, but I'm a royalist, and the meeting clashed
with a review of a certain consort to a certain Monarch in the UK. As the
freeview recording box has died, i had to watch it live, as out in the
sticks 256Kb upload link is totally unusable on bbc-replayer system.
