You might be better of doing a factory reset and reconfiguring it from scratch. When I first bought my netgear router I couldn't get it to connect to my broadband connection using the correct password. After speaking to the excellent customer service adviser at plus.net, he said that doing a factory reset on even a brand new router was sometimes the only way to get it to work correctly. They didn't supply the router, I had bought it elsewhere, but he was correct in my case
