[ubuntu-uk] Problem with Username and password for Synaptic

I for one do not know what you mean when you say you look in synaptic
and it is calling for the old login details.  Can you describe exactly
what you are doing and what happens that you do not expect.
Also tell us which version of Ubuntu you are using.
