Well I'm just half an hour's drive away from you in Pontypool.
There is a South Wales Linux Users Group (SWLUG) who have meetings in
Cardiff (although I have never been to them) and we do, of course have
the Welsh LoCo (https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-cym)
