[ubuntu-uk] OT: DRUPAL site got killed...

Hi all
This is off topic but I am not sure where to go.
My site got killed and state:
*The selected file  could not be copied, because no file by that name
exists. Please check that you supplied the correct filename.***

I tried to reload all the modules but no luck!! How do I check WHAT files
were missing so I can try to replace them...
