[ubuntu-uk] Problems With Panel

Hi

Suddenly the panel has lost the network chooser and also the icon for
Empathy that flashes when you have new IM. How do I get the back? I have
tried right-clicking and choosing "Add to panel" but no luck

I am on Lucid.
