Are you *sure* you are in the right folder?

Type

pwd

... to see what folder you're in.

Then type

sudo ./V

...and press Tab.

That is s u d o space dot slash capital V

When you press Tab, if you're in the right folder, the name will be
auto-completed. This lets you know you've got it right.
