Hi there,
Unfortunately the venue will only accommodate 20 people comfortably across
two meeting rooms.
12 in one and 8 in the other. More people can be seated, but desk space is
at a premium.
I would be happy to run events over the weekend. Special dispensation would
have to be garnered for a weekday as the rooms are in constant use.
Now we could run the same material Saturday/Sunday so that more people can
take part or hold a two day event over different weekends. Also I am quite
happy to make it a regular thing. Once/Twice a month type thing but would
need to see how it grows.
If it gets too large, I may be able to source another venue for free but
they would expect some money to go across the bar...
Alan Lord, I may be able to get this venue during the day, Friday, if you
want to do a Business Focused event.
Let me know your thoughts.
Cheers
James Thomas
