I'd prefer if it was a different weekend, but that's up to you and

Depends what compelling things there are to see and do. We (OggCamp)
have managed to secure sponsors so we don't have to charge people for
entry, but I'm sure people would be willing to pay a small fee. 25
quid is not small in my mind.
