Hello Daniel
I have had good experience with all the nvidia based cards I have bought,
but I never buy the latest model. I usually get something has been around
for about a year as it will be well supported and any issues discovered
should have been fixed.
If you find a card you like the look of, carry out a google search to see if
there are unresolved issues with it under linux / ubuntu before you buy it
just to make sure. There was some discussion recently about some ATI boards
not working well, so it is always good to google the make and model of the
card.
