'/usr/share/bin' does not normally exist. You have just created it (as a
file). You can read about the purpose of '/usr/share/*' over in the
Filesystem Hierarchy Standard (FHS):

"The /usr/share hierarchy is for all read-only
architecture independent data files.".
Perhaps you were after '/usr/local/bin/' ?
