Sorry, script should be:

#!/bin/bash

mkdir output
for movie in *.* ; do
    echo Processing $movie
    ffmpeg -i $movie -ab 192kb -vcodec mpeg4 -b 1200kb -mbd 2 -flags +4mv -cmp 2 -subcmp 2 -s 320x240 output/$movie.mp4
done



Thunderbird mangled one of the lines.
