Hi Alan
The date is clashing with an important family event for me and also
the Bracknell Computer Fair too, so I think I will not be available to
participate I regret to say. However I have a comment of two on the
poster (well done).
Size - presumably A4 for domestic overprinting.
I have experience of domestic overprinting on similar stuff, and I can
say that glossy finish is impossible for my HP inkjet, printing does
not dry sensibly at all. I ended up using stick-on labels, ok but
tedious extra work (with 1000 to do). I know glossy looks good for
display but - beware.
Top heading:
ubuntu installfest
comment:
installfest is not a common word for non Ubuntu eyes so I suggest
using inverted commas, to read
ubuntu "installfest"
Text:
....... Ubuntu 10.10 the Maverick Meerkat .....
for similar reasons as above, to read
....... Ubuntu 10.10 the "Maverick Meerkat" .....
Text
..... we are holding installation parties all ........
Suggest emphasis on the words installation parties, either by bold or
underline.
Good luck!
