Define major.

I have two google apps for domains accounts, and have had a bit of
outage on them, but nothing I'd consider "major".

In contrast when I ran my own mail server at a DC in london, I had
similar duration "outages" as the host did stuff, or my server was
under heavy load. I decided I couldn't be arsed to manage that myself,
and switched to gmail. I no longer 'worry' about it.
