Erm, what does "they've just sorted out their mailserver" mean???

Forgive me for being cautious on behalf of somebody else, but if it
takes a company years of being in business to "sort out their
mailserver" it sends out some rather shivering thoughts... plus my
experience in the past of uk2net was not ideal, hence why I stayed
with them for a matter of weeks rather than years.
