Try typing 'about:plugins' (without the quotes) into Firefox, in the
same place you type a web address.

Search through the listed plugins to see if there's more than one to
handle Flash. I've got gnash showing up, and it has problems with a
lot of the BBC videos (I'm probably going to remove it and install the
Adobe player instead).

If you have problems looking through the list, copy it into pastebin
(http://pastebin.ubuntu-uk.org/) and reply here with the URL it gives
you.
