 Hi Howard,

If you are running the closed source nvidia video card drivers, I
would use the "Nvidia X Server Settings" tool.  Otherwise, under
"System -> Preferences -> Screen Resolution" is the Ubuntu Tool that
should allow you to configure the video out.
