[ubuntu-uk] copying 34gig to a FAT32 external hard drive -- 3 hours?

Cheers for the reply, but I'm not sure what you mean, sorry -- is it that
any copy operations over 2gig would do this?
Is this only for linux, as OSX seems to handle it fine.
