I see.  TV Time currently doesn't offer this facility.  It is possible 
to do it in VLC although you would need to do a bit of playing around to 
get it to work.  It would involve specifying the input (I presume you're 
using a Scart to SVideo or Composite cable into the TV card?) and then 
configuring the video and audio formats (codecs) to use.  I'd say 
install VLC (or Kaffene) and have a play, if you get stuck let me know 
and I'll have a look at my settings when I have 5 minutes handy (I'm a 
bit tied up with a couple of urgent jobs at the moment).
