[ubuntu-uk] OT: Remote control software for Blackberry

Hi folks,

Bit off topic but I thought there might be someone out there who might 
know the answer to this one.

A client of mine has recently bought themselves a Blackberry on 
Vodafone.  Now I've managed to get it configured so they can pick up 
their e-mails via IMAP through Vodafone (I assume that Vodafone connect 
to my client's server and retrieve mail and then push it to the 
Blackberry).  However they have already started to have issues.

To make my life easier I was wondering if there was a remote control 
program for the Blackberry (something like VNC with a reverse 
connection) so I can connect into their Blackberry remotely and 
configure things (to save me a trip down to their office).

Doing a google search I see it's possible to get VNC clients (so I could 
control a PC remotely from a Blackberry) and also a LogMeIn client but 
this is the opposite of what I'm looking for.

Anyone got any ideas?
