[ubuntu-uk] Xubuntu 8.10/9.04 Upgrade Issue

Hi Guys

I'm running Xubuntu 8.10 and am considering upgrading to 9.04. However, I removed the OpenOffice.org 2.4 that originally came with the distro and replaced it with v3.1.

Will an upgrade remove v3.1 and replace it with the standard v3.0, or attempt to install v3.0 alongside?

I'd welcome advice before proceeding.
