[ubuntu-uk] Remote start torrents

I've been following a tutorial on rtorent (
http://kmandla.wordpress.com/2007/05/02/howto-use-rtorrent-like-a-pro/)
which has the ability to "watch" a folder and then automaticaly star
downloading.
