I've got one of these and couldn't get it working in linux.

It shows as: Bus 001 Device 002: ID 05a9:1550 OmniVision Technologies,  
Inc. VEHO Filmscanner

Have a google to see if anyone has got it working yet. I haven't tried for  
a while.
