According to the CodeLathe blog

they're going to release an SDK soon. I'm no expert, but I thought the
actual source of the application, not just an SDK, had to be released to
be GPL'd? In any case there's a mailing list at
http://www.tonido.com/what_tonido_platform.html that will apparently
tell you when the SDK is released.
