Ok. Do you know if the CD is an actual physical CD or an iso file?
Unless you have a *really* slow internet connection, it might be easier
for you to just use the sources.list from PasteBin I mentioned in my
previous email, and download Jaunty again. With any luck, apt might have
cached some of the packages anyway.
