Is there a menu setting or .conf file setting that will back up your entire mail folder incrementally, 
thats being called too often, maybe?? (ie on every sync rather than once a day\week\month\cron call).

Q: All it says is 'storing folder' for a while, finishes and _then_ grabs your mails?
