Ahh this is the UK though. It happens. Annoying as it is when a cable
gets cut, it's not as bad as when some of these utility company workers
go through a bit of fibre or in a case when I was working at my local
radio station, someone went through the mains cable (the 410 volts one!)
and took the local area including the radio station off air. That cost
the station a LOT of money in lost advertising revenue.
