[ubuntu-uk] Slightly OT: GeForce 4 MX support fixed?

Hello everyone.
I'm not sure if anyone can help me, but I have a slightly old machine with
an integrated GeForce 4 MX GPU chipset.

Now, the last version I tried in Hardy had a bad compatability problem with
the (then) latest NVIDIA legacy drivers, and they simply refused to work,
namely Xorg would not start with them on. Obviously, with previous legacy
drivers not working with the newer kernels, I was wondering if the NVIDIA
legacy drivers that are in the Ibex repos have this problem?
