Hi Alan,
Thanks for the link! I know we've discussed at length the issues
surrounding open source in schools before so I won't rake all that up.
However this would appear on the surface to be trying to address a
number of those issues, and coming from Becta has some chance of succeeding.
It will be interesting to see what happens over the next 6-12 months. If
you notice any updates please let us know.
