Practically all laptop chargers nowadays are 110/240 compatible, it  
should say on the label. If this is the case then all it needs is a  
new plug.

I suspect that it would not work out much cheaper after you have paid  
import tax/VAT. Also, it it goes wrong it is a long way to send it back.
