[ubuntu-uk] Adding to UK wiki

Can  I add an event photo to the wiki gallery? (This page
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UKTeam/Gallery )

I've played in the sandbox, but I haven't tried the real thing, mainly
because I'm a pessimistic coward - if it can go wrong, it will, and I'll
be the one who pressed "enter"!

I've read the help pages on adding image links etc, but I'm still not
very clear on exactly what to do, and if I need permission for
attachments.
