[ubuntu-uk] Article for Local newspaper

hello,

I remember someone posting this
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UKMarketing/ArticleForLocalMagazine1 a while
back, so that we can submit it to local newspapers. Ubuntu-jo are
organising an event, and I thought it'd be good marketing to publish in
one of the magazines in Jordan, to let people know about ubuntu.

My question is, can I alter the article a bit? probably add something at
the end about the work of ubuntu-jo and the event, then send it to local
newspapers?? or is this a UK only thing with strict permissions to
change?
