I am with plus.net and they are very good. Also have a look at their 
forum, to get an idea of them.

They have a range of options. I'm on Option2 which has 15GB a month 
cap. This is plenty for me. It costs me £14.99 a month. Static IP if 
you want it.

Higher options give you more.
