I too have a palm tungsten.  This too once setup in "palmos device" is a
doddle to use.  The only issue I hit is that the docs for the "palmos
device" tool weren't that useful if you've never synced a device before.
Once you work through it though (or have used similar stuff before) it's
really easy takes about 20-30 seconds to setup.
