That's the same memtest. I'd forgotten it was on the grub boot menu as
well - I don't dual boot so don't get to see it very often!
If the ram currently in the PC passed when you ran memtest before then
it should be fine.
Can you post some of the errors from the syslog somewhere for us to look at?
